You're Not Alone

Resources for Your Journey

Vincent’s Bookends was not written to fix grief. It offers no steps, no timelines, no clean edges. It was written from inside loss, not from a safe distance after it. While writing, I came to see that much of what I was living through was shared by others, even when it felt unbearable and singular.

One of the hardest parts of grief was the sense that no one could see what was happening inside me. That belief created a kind of isolation I did not expect. Over time, through reading and listening to others, I learned something important. Feeling lonely does not always mean being alone.

If you are here, you are likely carrying something heavy, or trying to help someone who is struggling with grief. This page exists for one reason, to remind you that you do not have to carry it by yourself.

What follows is a short list of resources that many grieving parents and families turn to when they need connection, words, or support beyond these pages. You do not need all of them. You may only need one, or none at all right now. Take what fits. Leave the rest.
